Who is responsible
Nord DC Consulting AB, organisation number 559565-2966, Nävsta 117, 855 91 Sundsvall, Sweden, is responsible for your personal data on meet-ultra.com. Contact: finance@norddcconsulting.com.
What we collect and why
- When you buy: name, email, country and order details. We use them to deliver your download, send receipts and give support (to fulfil our agreement), and to keep accounting records (a legal obligation).
- Payment: card and Klarna details go straight to Stripe and Klarna. We never see or store your full card number.
- Language: on your first visit we look up your country from your IP address, on our own server, to show the right language. The IP address is not stored for this and is not sent to anyone else.
- Emails: if you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
Who we share data with
Stripe (payments and fraud prevention), Klarna (if you choose Klarna), Google (website statistics, only if you accept them), our web host, and our email provider. They only process data to provide their service to us. If data is processed outside the EU/EEA, this is done with legal safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for 7 years, as Swedish bookkeeping law requires. Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you, at most 3 years.
Cookies
We use cookies that the shop needs: your language choice, your cart and checkout session, and Stripe's cookies for secure payment and fraud prevention. If you click "Accept statistics", we also use Google Analytics to count visits and purchases and see which pages work. Google Analytics is only loaded after you accept, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask to move it. Email finance@norddcconsulting.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or the data protection authority in your own country.
