Terms of Purchase
Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. Seller
ULTRA is sold by Nord DC Consulting AB, organisation number 559565-2966, Nävsta 117, 855 91 Sundsvall, Sweden. Email: finance@norddcconsulting.com.
2. The product
ULTRA Dashboard is downloadable software (digital content) for macOS. It runs inside the free app Obsidian. Some features need software and accounts that are not included in the price: Node.js, Claude Code and a paid Claude plan from Anthropic, and an internet connection for the online voices. A Windows version is not available yet.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown at checkout (€49 or 499 kr) and includes VAT where VAT applies. It is a one-time payment with no subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can pay by card, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on what is offered to you. If you choose Klarna, Klarna's terms also apply.
4. Delivery
You get a download link right after payment, on the order confirmation page and by email.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and Norway normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that is delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends when the download is made available, if you have agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal. You give this consent with the checkbox at checkout, and we confirm it in the order email.
6. Licence
You may install and use ULTRA on your own computers, for private or business use, and change it for your own needs. You may not sell, share or publish ULTRA or copies of it.
7. Other services
Obsidian, Claude/Anthropic, the voice services, Stripe and Klarna are run by other companies under their own terms. Any costs for them are not included in the price.
8. Trading and finance panels
The trading panels are shown with demo data. ULTRA does not trade for you unless you connect and set up your own accounts yourself. Nothing in ULTRA is financial advice, and you are responsible for any trading decisions.
9. Faults and complaints
You have the rights that consumer law gives you if the software does not work as described. Email finance@norddcconsulting.com and describe the problem. We will fix it, or give you a refund if we cannot.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law says otherwise.
11. Updates
Updates are free, including the Windows version when it is released.
12. Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law in your own country. If we cannot agree, you can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes in Sweden (ARN, arn.se), the Consumer Council in Norway (Forbrukerrådet) or the Consumer Disputes Board in Finland (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
